Good news guys! Shakira has confirmed she will no longer make music videos with men because her boyfriend Gerard Pique doesn't "let" her. In her Billboard cover story, Shakira said her soccer pro boyfriend—and father of her baby boy—is too "territorial" to let her do music videos with other men. Ah! but with other women? No problem...
This totally explains the hypersexual "Can't Remember To Forget You" video featuring Shakira and Rihanna grinding up on each other.
"He's very territorial, and since he no longer lets me do videos with men, well, I have to do them with women," Shakira told Billboard. And just in case you think she might be kidding, she explained further.
"It's more than implied in our relationship that I can't do videos like I used to. It's out of the question. Which I like, by the way! I like that he protects his turf and he values me, in a way that the only person that he would ever let graze my thigh would be Rihanna."
